You don’t delegate effectively, probably. I say this because I have run so many effective delegation exercises now with managers and leaders from around the world, that I am confident of being right. So confident am I that you don’t delegate effectively that I bet managers that I can prove that they lose all the benefits of effective delegation by the way that they delegate. So, here’s my challenge to you: I will give £1000 worth of Training, Coaching or Consultancy to the first person who can give me the right way to delegate effectively. I’ll give the answer next week.
